Rescue Services - Award Of A Service License For The Implementation Of Air Rescue In 24-Hour Operation Using A Dual-Use Helicopter At The Air Rescue Station In West Mecklenburg. The State Of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Is Responsible For Air Rescue. After Re-Planning The Air Rescue Locations Under The Leadership Of The Ministry Of Social Affairs, Health And Sport Of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, An Air Rescue Location With A So-Called Dual-Use Helicopter (Hereinafter “Rth”) In 24-Hour Operation Is To Be Built South Of The State Capital Schwerin In The Municipality Of Pampow (Ludwigslust-Parchim District). After A Successful Award Process, The First-Placed Aviation Company Will Be Granted The License To Set Up And Operate The Air Rescue Location. The Concession Provider Intends To Grant The License For The Rth For 20 Years (Operating Time). The Concession Provider Expressly Reserves The Right To Grant Further Concessions/Permits For Rescue And/Or Intensive Care Transport Helicopters During The Stated Term In Accordance With Its Legal Obligation To Ensure Security In Accordance With Section 18 Para. 2 Rdg M-V In Accordance With The Development Of Demand. The Rths Supply Area Is Primarily The Western Part Of The State Of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania With The Districts Of Ludwigslust-Parchim, Northwest Mecklenburg And The City Of Schwerin.
