The City Of Calgary Is Issuing This Request For Proposals (Rfp) To Identify Qualified Suppliers Capable Of Providing Operational Uniforms For The City’S Public Facing Services.The Objective Of This Rfp Is To Modernize Uniform Standards, Improve Comfort And Functionality, And Support A Consistent And Professional Appearance Across City Operations. The Scope Includes The Supply Of Uniform Garments Such As Six Pocket Trousers, Uniform Shirts, And Hybrid Uniform Shirts In Specified Colours And Designs, Including Navy Blue, Grey, And Black, With Required Striping Where Applicable. Certain Uniform Items Must Align With Established Service Standards And Applicable Provincial Or Regulatory Requirements To Support Operational Duties.This Rfp Includes Multiple Schedules That Outline Specific Garment Types, Colour Requirements, Performance Specifications, And Design Considerations.The Deliverables Include The Following Three (3) Schedules:•Schedule A – Cps Patrol Pants And Long /Short Sleeve Patrol Shirts•Schedule B – Cps Hybrid Long /Short Sleeve Patrol Shirts•Schedule C – Cfd Uniform Specific Requirementsproponents Are Expected To Provide High Quality, Durable, And Professionally Manufactured Uniform Solutions Capable Of Meeting Diverse Operational Requirements. The City Is Seeking Proposals That Demonstrate Value, Reliability, And The Ability To Consistently Supply Uniforms That Meet Or Exceed The Specifications Set Out In This Rfp.Proponents Are Not Required To Bid On All Schedules. Each Schedule May Be Evaluated And Awarded Separately, At The City’S Discretion.
