An Absorption And Market Study Is To Be Completed On The Constrained Lands Within Bylaw 2020-13 Acheson Industrial Area Structure Plan (“Asp”). The Objectives Of This Study Are To Identify The Broader Trends In Regional Economic Growth And Acheson’S Place In Satisfying And Meeting Market Demand For This Future Growth. This Study Must Include The Following:•A Summary Of This Historical Development And Absorption Trends In Acheson;•Verification Of Assumptions And Recommendations From Previous Analysis; •Updated Metrics On The Amount Of Developable Land Supply And Projected Lifespan•The Role Acheson Plays In Meeting Future Market Demand•Recommendations For Encouraging The Full Buildout Of Underutilized Land Parcels•How Development Should Be Planned Given The Current Market Demand And Trends Parkland County Is A Rural Municipality Located Immediately West Of Edmonton.
