Town Of Bentley Is Proposing To Upgrade Wastewater Infrastructure Systems Along 48Th, 49Th Avenue In 2026. The Site Locations And Specifications Are Provided In The Attached Documents. The Project Is Approximately 500 Meters Of Sanitary Sewer Replacement Down The Laneway, Between 48Th Avenue And 49Th Avenue From Railway Avenue To East Of 48Th Street. The Work Will Also Include Full Site Restoration. It Is Anticipated That This Work Will Be Broken Into Two Phases With Roughly 50% Completed In Each Phase (Phase 1 In 2026 And Phase 2 In 2027). A Geotechnical Report, Completed By Parkland Geo Was Completed In 2009 And Has Been Included In The Tender Specifications Document As Well.
