The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Processing Of A Proposal For Complex Land Improvements (Hereinafter Referred To As Kopú) In The Cadastral Territory Of Žernovice, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Designated For The Renewal Of The Real Estate Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On The Cadastre Of Real Estate (Cadastral Decree), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Cadastral Decree). The Proposal Of The Kopú Will Be Processed In Such A Way That It Can Be Registered In The Real Estate Cadastre. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Land Offices Decision On The Approval Of The Proposal For Land Improvements And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Proposal For The Kopú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Breakdown, Which Exactly Corresponds To The Requirements Set Out In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For Carrying Out Land Improvements And Requirements For The Proposal For Land Improvements, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.). The Entire Cadastral Territory Of Žernovice, With The Exception Of Built-Up Parts Of The Village, Is Included In The Area Of Complex Land Improvements. The Set Of Geodetic Information Will Be Renewed For Plots That Will Not Require A Solution In The Sense Of The Provisions Of Section 2 Of The Act. The Expected Size Of The Area To Be Addressed Is 500.6297 Ha.
