Since It Is Impossible For The Contracting Authority To List The Complete List Of Diving Equipment In The Inventory, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order Related Diving Equipment From The Chosen Supplier To The Extent That The Contracting Authoritys Estimate Is Not Exceeded. All Conditions Under Which The Framework Contractor Will Carry Out The Assignments, Such As Delivery Times, Method Of Delivery, Fines, Payment And The Like, Are Laid Down In The Framework Agreement. After Concluding A Framework Agreement, Further Orders Can Be Placed Subject To The Conditions Laid Down In The Framework Agreement. Concluding An Agreement On The Basis Of These Specifications Does Not Give The Supplier Any Exclusivity Rights. Fire Department Zone Centrum May Have The Contract Performance Identical Or Analogous To That Described In These Specifications Carried Out By Other Suppliers During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract. The Supplier Cannot Therefore Claim Any Compensation. The Center Fire Department Acts As The Purchasing Center.
