Minha Casa Minha Vida Program, Service For The Preparation And Execution Of A Social Work Project (Pts) - To Meet The Demand Linked To The Implementation Of The Housing Policy In The Municipality, It Is Estimated That 01 (One) Specialized Technical Service For The Preparation Of A Social Work Project (Pts) Will Be Hired, With A Single Delivery, Covering All Phases Required By Mcid Ordinance No. 75/2025. The Object Comprises Complete Planning. The Preparation And Full Execution Of The Pts For Housing Development Financed With Resources From The National Social Housing Fund (Fnhis), In The Sub-50 Modality, Involving Up To 25 Housing Units. The Contracted Service Must Include The Technical-Community Reading Of The Intervention Territory And The Beneficiary Population, The Methodological Structuring Of The Pts In All Its Thematic Axes (Mobilization And Social Participation; Sustainability Of The Intervention; Environmental Sustainability; Socio-Economic Development; And Human Rights), The Definition Of Goals, Products And Means Of Verification, The Preparation Of Annexes Mandatory, The Physical-Financial Schedule And The Records Proving The Participatory Activities Carried Out, With A View To Validating The Project With The Federal Financial Agent. The Contractor Must Conduct The Entire Process In A Technical, Ethical And Participatory Manner, Fully Observing Current Legal And Normative Devices, With Attention To Territorial Reality And Intersectoral Interlocution, Guaranteeing Quality, Effectiveness And Adherence Of The Project To The National Housing Policy Guidelines.
