The Study Includes An Analysis Of The Perspective Of Enterprises In The Aviation Industry Sector And The Education And Training System (Formal And Non-Formal), With Particular Emphasis On The Impact Of Digitization Processes, Automation And The Implementation Of Industry 4.0 Solutions. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz And The Draft Contractual Provisions - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Any Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. Cati Instead Of Cawi),  Using A Clear And Understandable Language Of Communication,  Adapting Research Tools To The Needs Of Respondents, As Far As Possible And Research Justification. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Guidelines For The Implementation Of Equality Principles Under Eu Funds For 2021-2027, I.E. Respecting The Principle Of Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, Including Ensuring Accessibility For People With Disabilities And The Principle Of Equality Between Women And Men.
