Expression of Interest for Project Finance Model Development IFC is supporting a Ukrainian sponsor ("Client") on the development of a greenfield float glass production plant in Ukraine ("Project"). The project represents a strategic opportunity to establish domestic floatglass production capacity in Ukraine and to strengthen the resilience of the countrys construction and industrial supply chains. The Client is preparing the Project for equity raising and longterm project finance debt, which requires a robust, transparent, project financegrade financial model to assess the viability, test capitalstructure options, and evaluate risks and sensitivities. This assignment will include two tasks: (i) Financial Model Development: develop a fully integrated project finance model suitable for use to structure a project financing; and (ii) Analytical Support for Financing Discussions: provide targeted analytical input to support financial structuring discussions, as requested by IFC.
