The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People And The Renovation Of The Existing Footbridge Over The Bystra Stream In The Area Of ​​The Pedestrian Crossing At Ul. Sienkiewicza And Ul. Piaseckiego In Zakopane As Part Of Investment Task No. 2021/06 Entitled Adaptation Of The Pedestrian Crossing At Sienkiewicza Street For Disabled People.2. The Scope Of Work And Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: Construction Of A Ramp With A Steel Structure On A Concrete Foundation, Installation Of A Lamp Illuminating The Ramp Along With The Installation, Renovation Of The Existing Footbridge Over The Bystra Stream Along With Stairs And Access Points.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, A Template Of The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb).4. Equivalent Solutions: 1) Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Design Documentation, Stwiorb Or Other Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Without Using The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. It Is Assumed That Each Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent.2) Equivalent Solutions Are Solutions That Ensure Technical, Technological, Functional, Operational And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required By The Ordering Party And In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Ask The Designers Of The Design Documentation For An Opinion On The Offered Materials Or Devices.
