Tenders Are Invited For Bicycle Roads In The City Of Jelenia Góra - Module I (Design And Build Order)

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Ul. Bema For A Pedestrian, Bicycle And Vehicle Route In The Design And Build Formula. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Required By Law To Carry Out Construction Works, Including Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit.2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works, For Based On The Developed Design Documentation Referred To In Stage I. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Specification Of The Terms Of Procurement, Including The Annexes To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Planned Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is Set At 20 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract (Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of Construction Works), Taking Into Account That: 1) Within 14 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Complete Design Documentation And Obtain The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Design Documentation And Commencement Of The Task, Including A Final Building Permit Decision. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit At Least 7 Days Before The Date Indicated In Point 2 Complete The Construction Works And Notify The Ordering Party In Writing Of Readiness For Final Acceptance.
