The Service Will Be Provided In Gliwice, Katowice, Rybnik And Zabrze And In Facilities Indicated By The Ordering Party At A Distance Of Up To 50 Km In A Straight Line From The Ordering Partys Headquarters (According To The Website Http://Wydesign.Pl Or Other Equivalent Website). The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Providing Catering Services For Participants Of Training Courses Carried Out In Communes In The Silesian Voivodeship. The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party Is At: Ul. Akademicka 2A, 44 – 100 Gliwice. Note: Part Of The Subject Of The Order May Be Financed From Eu Funds.2. Order Completion Date: Successively From The Contract Commencement Date For A Period Of 12 Months Or Until The Contract Price Referred To In § 2 Section Is Exhausted. 1 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Whichever Comes First, Subject To § 2 Section 8 Point 1) And Section 9 And § 7 Section 3 Point 2) Letter C) Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
