1. The Subject Of The Order Is Mechanical Sweeping Of District Roads - Streets And Parking Lots In The City Of Płońsk In 2026.2. Scope Of Service:2.1. Sweeping Streets And Parking Lots In The City Of Płońsk After The Winter, Along With Collecting And Managing Sand Collected On Streets And Parking Lots Used For Winter Road Maintenance, In Accordance With The List Of Streets And Parking Lots And The Sweeping Schedule. 2.2. Mechanical Sweeping Of Streets And Parking Lots In The City Of Płońsk In Accordance With The List Of Streets And Parking Lots And The Sweeping Schedule. 3. Total Area Of Streets And Parking Lots To Be Swept - 90,489 M2.4. The List Of Areas To Be Swept And The Sweeping Schedule Is Attached As Annex 1A To Swz.5. A Detailed Schedule For Sweeping Streets And District Parking Lots Will Be Agreed With The Service Contractor Within 5 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Changing The Street And Parking Lot Sweeping Schedule.6. To Perform The Above-Mentioned Work, Dust-Free Mechanical Sweepers And Vehicles Intended For Municipal Waste Collection Should Be Used.7. Working Time Of Sweepers: 1) The Working Time Of Dust-Free Mechanical Sweepers Is Established: For Sweeping Streets, Parking Lots And Street Islands On Working Days Between 6 P.M. And 7 A.M. The Next Day. 2) The Ordering Party And The Contractor, With The Ordering Partys Consent, Reserve The Right To Establish A Different Working Time For The Sweeper On A One-Time Basis Or At A Specific Time.8. Pollution Collected From Streets And Parking Lots Should Be Immediately And Directly Transported To An Approved Waste Landfill.9. The Ordering Party Explains That During The Period Of Execution Of The Order, It Envisages A Total Of 17 (Seventeen) Sweepings Of The Areas Covered By The Order, Including: - 1 (One) Post-Winter Sweeping - Including The Removal Of Sand And Other Dirt Remaining After Winter Road Maintenance, - 16 (Sixteen) Cyclical Sweepings - Carried Out In Accordance With The Schedule Indicated In Annex No. 1A To Swz.10. The Offer Price Should Include The Performance Of All The Sweeping Activities Indicated Above. Each Sweep Covers The Entire Area Indicated In Annex 1A To The Swz, I.E. 90,489 M².11. The Waste Producer Is The Contractor.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
