The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Ready Meals (Catering Service) For Children And Teenagers - Students Of Schools Of The Special Educational And Educational Center In Oświęcim. Zofii Posmysz, Ul. Obozowa 31, 32-600 Oświęcim. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz. If The Ordering Party In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. The Contractor Who Refers To The Solutions Equivalent, Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. If The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Points 1 Ppt. 2 And Point 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Wherever Specific Standards And Regulations Are Referred To In The Tender Documents, Which Are To Be Met By Materials, Equipment And Other Goods As Well As Performed And Tested Works, The Provisions Of The Latest Edition Or Revised Edition Of The Cited Standards And Regulations Will Apply, Unless The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Provide Otherwise. Where The Referenced Standards And Regulations Are National Or Relate To A Specific Country Or Region, Other Appropriate Standards Ensuring An Equal Or Higher Level Of Performance Than The Referenced Standards Or Regulations May Also Be Used, Provided They Are Verified And Approved. The Differences Between The Referenced Standards And Their Proposed Replacements Must Be Precisely Described By The Contractor.
