The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation. The Order Includes Two Stages Of Implementation: Stage I - Design Documentation. It Includes The Preparation, Based On The Pfu, Of Complete Design Documentation Necessary For The Modernization Of The Football Pitch Surface With Artificial Grass And Locker Room Containers. As Part Of This Stage, The Contractor Will Prepare A Construction Design, Detailed Design, Information On Health And Safety, Hereinafter Referred To As Bioz, Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Obtain The Required Arrangements, Permits, Permissions, Tests, Checks, Certificates, Opinions, Geotechnical Tests, If They Are Required At The Stage Of Preparing The Project And Obtaining A Building Permit Or Obtaining A Certificate Of No Objection Issued For The Construction Notification And Transfer Of The Copyright To The Design Documentation To The Ordering Party. Stage Ii Includes: 1) - Authors Supervision - Concerns The Designers Authors Supervision Over The Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Throughout The Entire Period Implementation Of Works, In Particular: Confirming Compliance Of Construction Works With The Design Documentation, Active Participation In Committees, Technical Meetings, Acceptance Of Works And At Each Request Of The Ordering Party With A Frequency Adapted To The Real Needs And Problems Reported By The Ordering Party.
