Disassembly Of Internal And External Joinery, Plasterboard Structures, Bricking Up And Enlarging Existing Openings In Accordance With The Design. Construction Of A New Floor On The Ground, Partition Walls, Installation Of Doors And Windows. Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning As Well As Suspended Ceilings. Reconstruction Of The Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage And Electrical Installations For The Needs Of A Bathroom For Children And Disabled People, A Washroom And A Meal Distribution Room, A Social And Cleaning Room, A Cloakroom And Communication Rooms. Finishing Works On Walls And Floors, Laying Tiles And Painting. Construction Of New External Stairs On The West Side. The Contractor Will Be Able To Carry Out Works Until 10 P.M. Investment Services: Surveying, Measurement Works, Inventories And The Construction Manager Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
