1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1005C Czersk - Tleń, Consisting In The Construction Of A Bicycle Path From Km 5+179.6 To Km 8+115. The Length Of The Section Covered By The Investment Is 2,935 Km. 2. The Order Concerns The Project Entitled Canalization Of Tourist Traffic In The Śliwice Protected Landscape Area Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under Priority 2. European Funds For Clean Energy And Protection Of The Regions Environmental Resources Measure 2.15 Increasing The Natural Potential In The Region Of Specific Objective 2 (Vii.) Strengthening The Protection And Preservation Of Nature, Biodiversity And Green Infrastructure, Including In Urban Areas, And Reducing All Types Of Pollution Of The European Funds For Kujawy And Pomerania 2021-2027.3. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular (The Scope Of This Order Covers The Road And Electrical Sectors): 1) Clearing Of Greenery, 2) Earthworks, 3) Construction Of The Foundation, 4) Construction Of An Asphalt Concrete Path Surface, 5) Construction Of Exits With A Bituminous Surface, 6) Construction Of A 400 Mm Culvert Under The Exit, 7) Paving Works, 8) Road Safety Elements.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Approved By The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of The Road Investment Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, As Well As In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.3. The Contractor, Without Additional Remuneration, Undertakes To: 1) Perform All Preparatory Works, Including Cleaning Works, Organization And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, Provide An Energy Connection For The Construction Site And Bear The Costs Of Their Consumption, 2) Mark And Secure The Construction Site, 3) Bear All Costs Of Research, Expert Opinions And Opinions Necessary To Assess The Quality Of The Works And Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, 4) Dispose Of The Soil From Excavations On Its Own And Remove Old Materials And Rubble Etc. In The Place Designated By The Ordering Party (Ul. Przemysłowa 6, Tuchola), 5) Incurring Costs Related To The Acceptance Of Completed Works, 6) Preparing A Traffic Management Project For The Duration Of The Works Before Entering The Construction Site, 7) In The Event Of Damage To Equipment Or Parts Thereof (Including Water And Sewage Networks, Electricity, Electrical Engineering, Drainage Facilities And Municipal Roads) During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order - Repairing Them And Restoring Them To Their Original Condition, 8) Covering Any Costs Compensation For Entering Land And Destroying Crops,9) Covering The Possible Costs Of Dismantling, Assembling Or Repairing Property Fences And Other Damage To Existing Facilities And Land Development Elements,10) Covering The Costs Of Restoring Road Surfaces,
