The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of Unpaved Roads With A Dirt And Crushed Stone Surface, Owned By The Głuchołazy Commune, In Accordance With The List Of Roads Intended For The Current Maintenance Of Unpaved Roads With A Dirt And Rubber Surface In The Głuchołazy Commune (Appendix No. 1A To Swz) Through: 1) Mechanical Grading And Profiling Of Roads Indicated By The Ordering Party, Under Which: For The Implementation Of Grading And Profiling, Approximately 20,000 M2 Of Road Surface Is Expected, 2) Mechanical Repair Of Roads Indicated By The Ordering Party, Which Includes The Installation Of Approximately 5,000 Tons Of Crushed Stone Of The 0-31.5 Mm Fraction (Greywacke), 3) Mechanical Repair Of The Roads Indicated By The Ordering Party, Which Includes The Installation Of Approximately 100 Tons Of Crushed Stone Of The 0-63 Mm Fraction (Greywacke), Along With The Purchase And Transport Of Aggregate To The Roads Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4) Delivery Of Crushed Stone To The Roads Indicated By The Ordering Party, Which Includes Approximately 250 Tons Of Crushed Stone (Greywacke). The Ordering Party Only Allows The Use Of The So-Called Crushed Stone. Greywacke To Be Built On The Roads Indicated In The List Of Roads Intended For The Current Maintenance Of Unpaved Roads With Soil And Crushed Stone Surfaces In The Głuchołazy Commune - Annex No. 1A To The Swz. Note: The Size Of The Road Surface And The Amount Of Crushed Stone Are Forecast Values ​​And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract. The Actual Area And Quantity, Including The Scope Of Works, Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Current Technical Condition Of The Roads Indicated In The List Of Roads Intended For The Current Maintenance Of Unpaved Roads With Soil And Crushed Stone Surfaces In The Głuchołazy Commune. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Allows For Changes To The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Increasing Or Decreasing The Projected Road Areas Indicated In Points 1), 2), 3) And 4). And The Amount Of Crushed Stone Up To A Maximum Of 30% In Each Of The Above-Mentioned Point. In The Event Of A Change In The Road Surface And The Amount Of Crushed Stone Indicated In Point 1), 2), 3) And 4) The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Increased Or Decreased Accordingly. Reducing The Scope In Relation To The Forecast Quantities/Areas Does Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Pursue Claims For Not Using The Full Scope. The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Subject Of The Order Will Be Completed To The Extent Of Not Less Than 70% Of The Total Value Of The Order.2. The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Use Material With A Declaration Of Compliance With The Applicable Standard And Appropriate Attestations, Certificates Or Quality Certi
