Woźniak (Brzozowiec District) - The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Section Of The Sanitary Sewage System For A Part Of The Town Located Within Brzozowiec. The Network Was Designed In A Gravity Sewage System. Equivalent Solutions: In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard.
