Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste With Code 19 05 99 - Stabilizer According To The Estimated Quantity: Parameters: A) Fraction 0-80 Mm, B) Fuel Mass 2,000 Mg.2. The Estimated Amount Of Waste Code 19 05 99 - Stabilizer, Which Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract, Will Not Exceed 2,000 Mg, But Will Not Be Lower Than 1,200 Mg.3. Performance Of The Contract Until December 31, 2026 Or Until The Quantity Is Exhausted.4. The Actual Amount Of Waste Transferred For Management According To The Ordering Partys Needs. The Contractor Cannot Make Any Claims For A Reduction In The Amount Of Waste Collected. 5. The Method Of Waste Management With Code 19 05 99 - The Stabilizer Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And The Recovery Or Disposal Processes Specified In Annex No. 1 Or 2 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 779, As Amended). 6. The Waste Will Be Prepared By The Ordering Party For Collection In Bulk After Consultation With The Contractor.7. The Waste Will Be Managed At The Contractors Installation, For Which The Contractor Has A Decision Authorizing The Conduct Of Waste Processing Activities In The Area In Question With The Code 19 05 99-Stabilizat (This Decision Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract) Or With Which The Contractor Has A Signed Waste Management Contract With Such A Code. 8. Loading Of Waste With Code 19 05 99 - Stabilizer And Its Cost Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. The Costs Of Transport And Waste Management Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 9. The Contractor, No Later Than The Day Before Waste Collection, Will Send An Electronic Notification To The E-Mail Address Indicated In The Contract, Containing: Time Of Vehicle Arrival, Registration Numbers Of The Tractor And Semi-Trailer, Name And Surname Of The Driver Along With The Bdo Number Of The Transporter. In The Absence Of Notification Within The Specified Period, The Waste Will Not Be Released And The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Charge Contractual Penalties In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract.10. Waste With Code 19 05 99 Will Be Collected From The Premises Of Master Odpady I Energia Sp. Z O.O. From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M., By The Contractors Transport And At His Expense. 11. Collection Of Waste With The Code 19 05 99 - Stabilizer Will Take Place In The Amount Specified In The Waste Collection Order Sent By E-Mail To The Contractors Representative Or Agreed By Phone. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Waste On The Dates Specified Each Time By The Ordering Party, Within 2 Business Days Of Submitting This Order To The Contractor.
