1. The Scope Of Work Includes The Reconstruction Of A Section Of The Municipal Road At Km 0+006 To 0+308, Owned By The Jedlicze Commune, Located In The Town Of Moderówka, Plot No. 624, I.E. In Particular: A) Construction Of A 3 M Wide Roadbed For Structural Layers, B) Laying A 25 Cm Thick Layer Of Natural Aggregate, C) Laying A Profile Layer Of Crushed Aggregate (Crushed Stone + Gravel) 20 Cm Thick, D) Laying A Min-Bit Surface 3 M Wide And 8 Cm Thick, E) Hardening The Roadsides 50 Cm Wide On Both Sides Of The Road. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And A Graphic Attachment. Planned Pavement Width 2.5 M Length Of The Reconstructed Section - 302 M Planned Road Load Capacity To Be Achieved - 80 Kn/Axle. Number Of Lanes - 1 Number Of Roadways - 1 Road Structure - Subbase 30 Cm - Existing Subbase Stabilized With Cement, - Subbase 15 Cm - Crushed Aggregate, - Pavement 5 Cm Min-Bit Binding Layer, - Pavement 4 Cm Min-Bit Wearing Course. The Scope Of Work Planned For Implementation Is Aimed At Changing The Road Surface To An Improved One And Increasing Its Load-Bearing Capacity. Transverse Slope Of The Road Surface - One-Sided Up To 2%. Longitudinal Slope Of The Road Surface - Analogous To The Existing One. Work Site - Plot With Registration Number 624 In The Town Of Moderówka. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Beginning And End Of The Communication Route Should Be Connected To The Existing Road Elements. Materials And Products Used To Perform The Works Should Meet The Requirements Specified In Current Standards And Be Common For Use In Works Of The Same Nature. All Works Related To The Task In Question Should Be Carried Out Only Within The Road Right-Of-Way Of The Road In Question, In Accordance With The Applicable Technical Conditions And Health And Safety Regulations. Any Access To Neighboring Properties, In Particular To Facilitate Work On The Road Plot, Should Be Carried Out In Consultation And With The Consent Of Their Owners. The Organization And Security Of The Works Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport And Maritime Economy Of September 23, 2003 On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Regulation (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 784). Any Work Within Underground Installations Should Be Carried Out Manually While Maintaining The Necessary Precautions. Before Starting The Works, Control Trenches Should Be Made In Order To Precisely Locate The Infrastructure. If Necessary, Work On Underground Installations Should Be Carried Out In Consultation With Their Owner. Before Starting Work, The Owners Of Adjacent Plots Should Be Informed In Advance About Any Difficulties And Restrictions Related To It.2.
