1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of A Service Consisting In Providing Access To Sports Facilities And The Use Of Recreational And Sports Services Of A Diversified Nature Based On The Provided Sports (Subscription) Cards Authorizing The Use Of These Services As Part Of A Monthly Subscription. The Persons Who Will Use The Sports Cards Are: 1) Employees And Officers Of The Fire Academy, Hereinafter Referred To As: Participants; 2) Participants Accompanying Persons, 3) Participants Children Up To 15 Years Of Age And Children Between 15 To 26 Years Of Age.3.2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed To The Extent And In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz, In Particular In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Opz). Detailed Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ppu).
