1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Passenger Car (Minibus) Specially Adapted To Transport People In Wheelchairs, Intended For Residents Of Social Welfare Homes And Clients Of Day Care Homes At The Municipal Social Services Center In Wrocław.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By Cpv Codes: 34110000-1 Passenger Cars; Cpv 34115000-6 Other Passenger Cars.3. The Ordering Party Requires A Vehicle In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, In Particular: 1) It Is Brand New, Unused, Manufactured In 2025 Or 2026; 2) It Has Not Been Subjected To Any Repairs; 3) It Is Free From Physical And Legal Defects (Including Free From Third Party Rights); 4) Equipped With A Special Manual Internal Ramp/Platform With Actuators Enabling A Wheelchair To Enter The Interior Of The Vehicle. 4. The Car Will Be Delivered On A Trailer At The Contractors Expense.5. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Handed Over To The Ordering Party By The Contractor In Wrocław At Ul. Rędzińska 66/68, I.E. On The Premises Of The Social Welfare Home (Dps) Of The Municipal Center For Social Services (Mcus) In Wrocław From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. On Working Days (I.E. From Monday To Friday, Except Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays). 6. The Ordering Party Will Register The Vehicle Himself.7. The Vehicle Warranty Period Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria, Which Is Specified In Chapter Xviii Of The Swz, Provided That The Detailed Warranty Conditions Are Indicated In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.8. In Cases Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By The Ordering Party By Reference To The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law And Art. 101 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act - The Ordering Party Hereby Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Reference In The Procurement Documents Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ People On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.10. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts As Part Of The Current Procedure And Therefore Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Dividing This Order Into Parts (E.G. For Delivery Of The Vehicle And Assembly Of The Ramp) Would Result In Excessive Costs Of Execution Of The Order And Would Make It Difficult, At The Stage Of Using The Vehicle, To Pursue Warranty Claims. 11. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Pzp.12 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.
