1. The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Maintenance And Repair Of Bus Shelters, Including Replacement Of Glass, Roof Coverings, Steel And Wooden Elements, Painting And Replenishing Substrates And Surfaces. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For The Assembly, Disassembly, Transport Of Shelters, As Well As The Repair And Placement Of Benches, Waste Bins And Bus Stop Posts. The Scope Includes Maintaining Boards With The Names Of Stops And Timetables, Their Repair, Replacement, As Well As A Monthly Inspection Of Their Technical Condition And Reporting Any Defects To The Ordering Party. All Work Must Be Performed In Accordance With Standards And Technical Approvals, Taking Into Account The Contractors Obligations In Terms Of Materials, Access And Maintenance. The Ordering Party May Change The Number Of Working Units And Decides On The Scope Of Work Whenever Necessary, But The Contractor Is Obliged To Quickly Respond To Reports Of Defects.
