Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services In The Field Of Comprehensive Organization And Management Of A Series Of Two One-Day Workshops On Environmental Damage And Historical Pollution Of The Earths Surface.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Comprehensive Organization And Operation Of A Series Of Two One-Day Workshops On Environmental Damage And Historical Pollution Of The Earths Surface For Employees Of The General Directorate For Environmental Protection, Regional Environmental Protection Directorates And The Ministry Of Climate And Environment, Consisting In The Provision By The Contractor In Particular: 1) Catering Service - Meals For Participants Of Each Workshop; 2) Meeting Room With Its Necessary Equipment At Each Workshop.2. The Detailed Scope And Requirements Regarding Individual Services Constituting The Subject Of The Agreement Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement.3. The Workshops Will Be Held On April 28, 2026 And October 15, 20264. Each Workshop Will Be Attended By A Minimum Of 41 And A Maximum Of 45 Participants. The Contractor Will Be Informed About The Exact Number Of Workshop Participants In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 2 Section 8 Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Support For The General Director Of Environmental Protection In The Implementation Of Obligations In The Field Of Environmental Damage And Historical Pollution Of The Earths Surface From The Funds Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management Under Contract No. 313/2025/Wn50/Ne-Po/D.
