The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Terms Set Out In The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended) And In The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act, In Particular The Act Of January 26, 2022. On Specific Solutions To Protect Gas Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market. The Ordering Party Meets The Conditions For Being Recognized As A Customer Referred To In Art. 62B Section 1 Point 2 Letter D Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law. The Subject Of The Order Has Established Quality Standards. The Price Of Gas Fuel Has No Impact On The Quality Of The Service Provided, I.E. Delivery Of Gas Fuel. Gas Fuel Cannot Be Adapted To The Specific Requirements Of The Customer - It Is Standardized And Offered In Generally Accepted Standards. The Quality Parameters Of Gas Fuels And The Quality Standards Of Customer Service Are Described In Detail In § 38-44 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010, On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System, Which Constitutes An Annex To The Notice Of The Minister Of Energy Of May 16, 2018, Regarding The Announcement Of The Uniform Text Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy On The Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System.
