1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Seniors From The Ciechocin Commune To The Day Care Home In Elgiszew For The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Day Care Homes Joy In Everyday Life. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Transport And Pick-Up Of Seniors From Designated Places To The Day Care Home In Elgiszewo And Pick-Up From The Day Care Home In Elgiszewo, Elgiszewo 115, (Hereinafter Referred To As Ddp) In The Period From April 1, 2026 To June 30, 2028. 3. The Term Transport Of Seniors Is Understood As Transport Of Seniors From Their Place Of Residence To The Day Care Home In Elgiszew And Their Transport From The Day Care Home In Elgiszew To Their Place Of Residence.4. Specificity Of The Main Requirements: 1) The Transport Service For Ddp Participants In Elgiszew Will Take Place During The Above-Mentioned Period, On Working Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays And Public Holidays. 2) Transport Will Cover Participants Qualified For Ddp In Elgiszew And Residing In Towns In The Ciechocin Commune. 3) The Estimated Number Of Ddp Participants In Elgiszew Who Will Use Transport And Pick-Up Is 16 People. 4) Delivery Will Be Carried Out According To The Delivery Schedule Developed By The Ordering Party. 5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Routes And Hours Of Transport And Pick-Up Of Ddp Participants In Elgiszew, And The Contractor Should Adapt To The Situation, About Which It Will Be Notified By The Ordering Party. 6) The Average Daily Number Of Kilometers Of Delivery And Collection Is Estimated At 95 Km. 5. Additional Requirements: 1) Vehicles Transporting Seniors Must Be Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities And Must Be Registered, Have Current Technical Tests, Have Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance And Meet The Requirements Necessary For Admission To Road Traffic. The Requirement Is That The Transport And Return Of Seniors To The Day Care Center In Elgiszew Should Be Carried Out In Vehicles Designed To Transport Over 7 People, Including The Driver. 2) Transport Of Seniors May Only Take Place By Means Of Transport That Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And Other Regulations Related To The Transport Of Persons, And The Act Of September 6, 2001, On Road Transport. 3) Detailed Indication Of The Places Of Pickup Of Seniors And The Hours Of Delivery To The Day Care Home In Elgiszew, And Of The Return Of Seniors After The End Of Their Stay, Will Be Agreed Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party On The Date Agreed By The Parties, Before The Commencement Of The Service. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Safety Of Passengers During Transport To Ddp In Elgiszew. 5) In The Event Of A Vehicle Failure, The Contractor Will Immediately, But No Later Than Within 1 Hour From The Occurrence Of The Failure, Provide A Vehicle That Meets The Appropriate Technical Requir
