Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of The Contractor For The Successive Supply Of Cleaning Products And Sanitary Materials For The Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow

1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Successive Supply Of Cleaning Products And Sanitary Materials For The Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Awarded To It.1.2 The Subject Of The Order May Be Financed Or Co-Financed In Particular From European Union Funds Or Other Funds Obtained Under Projects Or Contracts Or External Programs Or Grants, Etc., Both Currently Implemented By The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum, As Well As Implemented In The Future.1.3 Scope Material Covered By The Price Form Is The Largest Possible Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantities Of Ordered Cleaning Products And Sanitary Materials Presented In The Attachment (Price Form) Are Indicative And May Change (Decrease Or Increase) During The Term Of The Contract As Part Of Interchangeable Balancing Orders. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right Not To Use Up To 50% Of The Gross Contractual Amount And The Contractor Will Not Submit Any Claims In This Respect. (...)2.
