The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Demolition Of The Existing Facility With Changing Rooms For The Stadium And Summer Sports Ground And The Construction Of A New Operational Building That Will Provide Basic Facilities For Athletes, Visitors And The Administration Of The Sports Complex. The House Has No Basement, Two Floors, With A Flat Roof. The Layout Of Both Floors Respects The Modular Dimensions Of The Buildings Basic Building Materials – I.E. Concrete Load-Bearing Blocks And Polycarbonate Sheets. Shading Awnings Will Be Installed On The Roof In The Building Module. The Building Is Based On Reinforced Concrete Beams. Structurally, It Is A Transverse Masonry Wall System, The Walls Are Made Of Concrete Blocks And Will Remain Visible. In The Facades Of The Building, The Transverse Load-Bearing Walls Are Replaced By Columns With A Through-Hole. The Ceiling Structures Are Designed From Prestressed Concrete Panels. The Floors Are Designed As Heavy Floating With A Protective Concrete Coating.
