The City of Springfield Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to enter into a Three (3) year or Four (4) year term contract for the establishment, operation, management of a Copy Center and Managed Print Operation. The SPS is simultaneously seeking proposals for the leasing of multi-Functioning devices and maintenance & repair of its MFD and Desktop Printer Fleets. The RFP also contains an internship component, as well as a Courier/Mailing Services component.
