Design Team Lead) B)Civil And Structural Engineering Services C)Mechanical And Electrical Engineering Services D)Quantity Surveying Services Additional Design Team Services Will Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following: E)Fire Safety Design Services, F)Disability Access Consultancy Services. G)Assigned Certifier Services, As Defined Under The Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014. H)Design Certifier Services, As Defined Under The Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014. I)Psdp (Project Supervisor For The Design And Construction Process) J)Catering Design Services K)Lighting Consultancy Services L)Environmental And/Or Sustainability Consultant, M)Landscape Architectural Services, N)Employers Representative O)Planning Consultant P)Mobility And Inclusivity Consultant Q)Acoustic Consultant R)Other Ancillary Design And Consultancy Services As Required The Architectural Services Consultant Will Be The Design Team Lead And Will Act As The Single Point Of Contractual Responsibility, With The Remaining Key Disciplines Providing Collateral Warranties For The Benefit Of The Contracting Authority.
