The Contracting Entity Is Seeking To Engage With A Suitably Qualified Service Provider For The Provision Of Marine Navigational Services To Perform A Fundamental Review Around How Shipping Operations Are Conducted At Foynes Port With A View To Determining Whether Existing Control Measures Remain Fit For Purpose, And To Identify Any Potential To Widen Operational Parameters In A Safe And Controlled Manner. The Project Will Be Designed Across A Number Of Separate Phases With A Go/No Go Decision On Each Stage. This Competition Is Conducted Under The Negotiated Procedure Inviting Applicants Who Are Interested In Being Shortlisted To Compete The Provision Of Marine Navigational Services.
