The Town Of Coalhurst (Owner) Is Requesting Submissions For The Qualification Of Contractors To Bid On The: Sundance Ridge Swmf Storage Expansion.The Proposed Project Will Improve The Functionality Of The Town’S Stormwater Management System. The Project Site Is Located Within The Town Along Sundance Road, At Sundance Ridge Park. The Proposed Project Will Include Expanding The Existing Sundance Ridge Stormwater Management Facility (Swmf). Major Work Items For This Contract Will Include The Following (Approximation):Expansion Of Pond Storage To Be 25,500M3.2,000 M3 Of Topsoil Stripping And Stockpiling.6,000 M3 Of Waste Excavation.The Reconstruction Of Approximately 250 M Of A 2.5 M Wide Asphalt. Installation Of 240 M Of Timber Retaining Wall.10,000 M2 Of Topsoil Placement, Seeding, And Hydro Mulch.Irrigation System Restoration.Light Standard Relocation.Care Of Water, Erosion And Sediment Control.The Intent Of This Qualification Process Is To Allow The Owner To Rate And Select Eligible Contractors That Will Bid The Necessary Services To Facilitate The Construction Of The Above-Noted Project. Through This Request For Qualification, The Owner Seeks To Ensure That Companies Bidding On This Contract Have The Experience, Skills, Abilities, Resources, Bonding, Integrity, And Safety Requirements Needed To Complete The Specific Work Of This Project.
