The Furnishing Must Meet The Functional Needs Of The Users And Match The Architectural Concept Of The Building. The Quality Of The Offered Items And The Rationality Of The Usage Costs Must Be Ensured In The Best Way, Including:• The Items Must Be Suitable For Use According To The Purpose Of The Premises; • Things Must Be As Durable And Long-Lasting As Possible In Maintenance, And Maintenance Costs Must Be As Low As Possible; • Things Must Be Safe, Meet The Purpose Of Use And Be Permitted For Use In Estonia And/Or The European Union.
