The City Of Kaarina Is Requesting A Quote For The Light Sources Of The Citys Properties, Delivered Inside The Locations. The Light Sources Are Ordered Per Site In Batches Of 1-200 According To Kaarinas Maintenance Program. The Light Sources Must Be Delivered Within Five Business Days Of The Order. Some Product May Change Or Become A Completely New Product During The Validity Of The Contract, And In This Case A Separate Offer For The New Product Will Be Requested From The Contract Supplier. Kaarinas Light Source Costs In 2025 Were Approximately 13,000 Euros. The Quantities Of Light Sources To Be Ordered Vary Each Year. Prices Per Light Source Are Binding Throughout The Contract Period. The Offer Form Shows An Alternative Led Version For Each Fluorescent Lamp. The Bidder Must Fill In The Unit Price Of The Product For Either Fluorescent Lamps Or Led Lamps. The Provider Undertakes To At The Unit Price For The Entire Contract Period, Even If The Product Used Should Be Replaced During The Contract Period. (For Example, The Availability Of Fluorescent Lamps Will End, And The Lighting Types In Question Must Be Sold In Led Versions For The Rest Of The Contract Period) The Supplier Must Be Able To Provide Technical Consultation By Coming To The Site Or By E-Mail Based On The Pictures.
