Kaakkois-Suomen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (Later Xamk) Requests Bids For The Expert Service Needed For The Älyteko - Transformational Ability With Artificial Intelligence Expertise Project: Procurement Of Artificial Intelligence As A Strategic Ability Training. The Project Is Co-Financed By The European Union. The Project Will Be Implemented Between September 1, 2025 And May 31, 2027. The Artificial Intelligence Training Aimed At The Management Of Smes And Entrepreneurs Will Be Implemented Between April 13, 2026 And November 30, 2026. Background Of The Procurement The Älyteko Project Is Etelä-Savos First Training Project Focusing Solely On Artificial Intelligence. It Brings New Knowledge And Know-How About Artificial Intelligence To The Technology Industry, To Creative Industries And To Support The Decision-Making Of Company Management, Tailoring The Training And The Content Of Continuous Learning To The Needs Of These Industries And Local Companies. With The Help Of The Älyteko Project, Artificial Intelligence-Related Skill Needs In Companies Are Identified, Artificial Intelligence-Related Skill Gaps Are Bridged In Etelä-Savo, And The Ability To Change Is Strengthened In Companies In The Region Through Increased Artificial Intelligence Capabilities. The Projects Measures (Mapping, Trainings, Workshops) Utilize Both The Know-How Of The Implementers Own Personnel And The Know-How Acquired As A Purchasing Service. Procurement Goals The Goal Is To Acquire Artificial Intelligence Expertise For The Management And Entrepreneurs Of Sme Companies In The Technology Industry And Creative Sectors For The Ai As A Strategic Capability Training Package. The Training Consists Of A Common Section For Everyone And In-Depth Company-Specific Workshops. The Most Important Target Group Is The Top Management, Technology Management And Entrepreneurs Of Companies And Organizations In The Technology Industry And Creative Sectors In Southern Savonia, Approximately 40 Companies. Companies From Other Industries In Southern Savonia That Develop Artificial Intelligence-Based Products And Services Can Also Participate In The Trainings. In The Project, An Artificial Intelligence Skills Needs Survey For 25 Companies In The Technology Industry And Creative Industries In Southern Savonia Has Been Implemented In Early 2026. With The Help Of The Mapping, The Current Situation And Training Needs Of Companies And Organizations Artificial Intelligence Skills Were Clarified Both At The Collective And Company Level. The Aggregate Level Results Are Available To The Service Provider For More Detailed Planning Of Management Training. Company-Specific Analyzes Are Also Available To The Service Provider For Those Companies That Have A Need For A Customized Company-Specific Workshop/Sparring. The Service Provider Produces Most Of The Training Content, But Experts From The Project Team Also Participate In The Implementation Of The Training, Producing A Separate Section Of The Training, Including Case Examples And/Or Demos, In A Mutually Agreed Upon Manner. There Are Also Experts From The Client Involved In The Planning Of The Training, Who Are Responsible For Ensuring That The Trainings Serve The Needs Of Companies And Organizations Identified In The Project. In The Implementation, Participatory Methods Suitable For Target Groups Should Be Used: Webinars, The Best Case Examples Of Target Industries And In-Depth Workshop Work Under The Guidance Of A Trainer. The Training Must Not Remain Just A General Description Of The Risks And Opportunities Of Artificial Intelligence, But Must Offer Concrete Tools For Use By The Participating Companies (E.G. A Template Or A Workbook). Artificial Intelligence Assistants Can Be Used For Support In The Planning And Implementation Of The Training, But The Content Cannot Be Entirely Produced By Artificial Intelligence. If Artificial Intelligence Is Used In Planning And Implementation, Its Usage Must Be Properly Documented. The Content Of The Procurement The Expert Service Must Include At Least The Following Sections: 1. Cooperation Between The Client And The Implementer, The Start Meeting And Other Necessary Meetings And The Closing Meeting 2. Training Planning In Cooperation With The Client, Including The Methods And Tools To Be Used 3. Planning Of Workshops And Sparring Sessions In Cooperation With The Client And The Client Company, Including The Methods And Tools To Be Used 4. Implementation Of Trainings, Workshops And Sparring Sessions 5. Schedule Of Trainings And Hourly Price Of Possible Additional Procurement. The Procurement Is Carried Out In The So-Called As A Reverse Contract, I.E. The Purchase Price Is Fixed (+ Vat 25.5%) By Educational Unit: 1. Artificial Intelligence As A Strategic Capability Training And Workshop For Management And Entrepreneurs (Open Training): €5,000 + Vat2. Support For Creating Your Own Ai Policy And Strategy, Sparring Sessions And Workshops For Management And Entrepreneurs (Customized Training For Companies/Organizations): Max. €10,800 + Vat If There Are Less Than 6 Companies To Be Sparred With, The Price May Be Lower.
