The Project Includes The Renewal Of The Water And Sewer Network, The Renovation Of The Top Floor (Relocation Of The Kitchen, Changes To The Bathrooms) Including The Renovation Of Part Of The Wooden Facade, The Sealing Of The Ground Floor And The Repairs Of The Floor Surfaces, As Well As Other Works Described In More Detail In The Procurement Documents, All Of Which Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Prepared Plans, Including The Appropriate Repairs Of Other Premises. The Selected Main Contractor Is Responsible For All Construction Works, Materials And Products And Must Ensure, That The Construction Industry Requirements Set By The Authorities Are Met Until The Renovation Is Completed And The Warranty Obligations Are Fulfilled. The Main Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Contract On A Turnkey Basis. The Contract Covers All Activities From Work Planning To Construction And Final Commissioning. Turnkey Delivery Is A Unified Total Delivery Where The Responsibility Lies With One Party.
