The Employer Is Responsible For The Collection And Presentation Of The Samples In Their Entirety And In Accordance With The Contractors Instructions. Courier And All Other Additional Costs In Connection With The Delivery Of Samples To The Address Of The Contractor, As Well As The Receipt Of The Test Reports At The Address Of The Employer, Are At The Expense Of The Employer. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Test From The Moment Of Receipt Of The Samples Until The Delivery Of The Test Result. In The Event Of Sample Compromise During Testing, The Contractor Shall Bear The Cost Of Sample Reshipment And Retesting. The Specified Estimated Number Of Samples Are Approximate And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase And/Or Decrease Them Depending On Specific Needs. The Order Is Executed In The Form Of Periodic Requests, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Party, According To The Order, Terms And Conditions Of The Contract.
