Sanef - Concessionaire And Operator Of The A4 Motorway - Will Create A Multimodal Road Exchange Hub (Pem) In The Town Of Bussy Saint Georges (77) By The End Of 2027. This Involves Creating An Exchange Zone Between Different Local Modes Of Transport (Car, Local Buses, Bicycle) And Collective Or Shared Modes Of Transport Which Use The A4 Motorway (Express Bus, Carpooling). It Mainly Consists Of A Parking Lot Under Access Control, Bus Stations, Drop-Off Points And Waiting Areas. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Entrust The Operation Of The Pem To A Specialized Operator. The Contract Also Provides For The Supply And Deployment By The Operator Of Operating Equipment. The Initial Contract Will Come Into Force Upon Signature (End Of 2026) And Will Expire On December 31, 2031 (I.E. Approximately 5 Years) With A First Pre-Operational Phase Of Preparation For Exploitation And Deployment Of Equipment Then An Operational Phase Of Exploitation (See Aapc Annex)
