Streetlight Maintenance Services Rfp . Through This Request For Proposals, The District Of Lake Country Invites Proposals From Suitably-Qualified Organizations For The Provision Of Streetlight Maintenance Services On An ‘As And When Required’ Basis, To Provide Repairs, Replacement And Associated Services For The District’S Network Of Streetlights And Related Lighting Systems On Public Roadways. As A Result Of This Rfp, The District Will Select One Preferred Contractor That Will Enter Into A Standing Offer Agreement For Provision Of The District’S Streetlight Maintenance Services For An Initial Term Of 1 Year, Commencing On April 1St2026 And Expiring March 31St, 2027. The Term Of The Standing Offer Agreement May Be Extended By Up To Four Further Years In Total, In Any Combination Of Term Extensions Up To March 31St2031, At The District’S Sole Option And Subject To Mutual Agreement Between The Parties On Extension Pricing And Terms. While The District Fully Intends To Utilize The Contractor To Perform Most Streetlight Maintenance Required By The District, The District Does Not Guarantee Any Minimum Quantity Of Services Or That The Contractor Will Be The Exclusive Provider Of Streetlight Maintenance Or Related Services During The Standing Offer Agreement Term.
