Service For The Preparation Of The Comprehensive Management Plan For The Sanitation System (Pigss) Of Olot.The Obligation To Present A Pigss For The Olot Sanitation System Has Been Established Through Resolution Ter/4244/2024, Of November 23, (Dogc 9302, Of December 2, 2024), Of The Director Of The Catalan Water Agency, By Which The Inventory Of Public Sanitation Systems That Have To Draw Up A Comprehensive Plan For The Management Of The Sanitation System (Pigss). The Drafting Obligation Rests With The Holder Of The Discharge Authorization, In This Case The Regional Council Of La Garrotxa, But All Sanitation Infrastructures (Upper And Lower) Are Included. This Implies Responsibilities In The Same Sanitation System: La Garrotxa Regional Council For The Upstream Network And Each Of The Town Councils Regarding The Downstream Network That Are Connected To The Upstream System. The Current Public Sanitation System In Alta Dolot, Is Made Up Of 11 Impulse Stations, 25 Km Of Collector And With The Final Treatment Plant Located In The Ctra. From The Beams Of The Municipality Of Olot. The Entire System Provides Service To The Following Municipalities: La Vall Den Bas, Les Preses, Olot, Santa Pau, Sant Joan Les Fonts And La Vall De Bianya, With 192 Km Of Municipal Sewerage. For All The Reasons Stated, It Is Necessary To Contract The Service For The Preparation Of The Comprehensive Management Plan For The Sanitation System (Pigss) Of Olot, Which Constitutes The Object Of The Contract.
