Concession Of Available Spaces And The Management Of The Municipal Market La Sínia Les Roquetes - Sant Pere De Ribes Pm1 Pm4 Pm5 Pm6 Pm8 Pm9 Pm12 Pm15.1.1. The Object Of This Contract Is The State Concession Of The Sales Points, Stalls And Premises, Of The Warehouses And Auxiliary Premises Of The Municipal Market La Sínia Ubicatal Carrer Roger De Flor, 31, Les Roquetes, Sant Pere De Ribes, For Their Exploitation, As Well As The Co-Management Of The Market, In The Terms That Are Indicated In The Following Sections Hereof Clause.1.2. Each Awardee Will Co-Manage As Part Of The Community Of Concessionaires Determined In Article 4.1. From The Consolidated Text Of The General Regulations Of The Municipal Market Of Les Roquetes (Sant Pere De Ribes), In The Future Trrgmm Les Roquetes, The Operation Of The Said Municipal Market; This Participation In The Management Will Be Carried Out In The Percentage Of The Share Of The Community Of Concessionaires That Corresponds As The Concessionaire Of The Element Or Sum Of Elements That Make Up The Place Or Point Of Sale That Will Form An Integral Part Of The Equipment Of The Municipal Market. 1.3. Also Part Of The Object Of The Contract Is The Concession Of Spaces Destined To The Places Of Sale Provided For In Article 10 Of The Trrgmm Les Roquetes And In This Document, Of Which The Spaces Detailed In Clause 8 Are Available. The City Council Can Agree, Via The Competent Body, To Enable New Spaces To Be Used As Places Of Sale And/Or Storage. 1.4. The Winning Bidders Will Be Able To Access The Administrative Concession Of Spaces Or Premises Intended For Points Of Sale And/Or Other Premises For The Term Specified In Clause 6 In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Indicated In The Present Terms And Conditions. 1.5. Point Of Sale Means The Space Or Element (Or Sum Of Spaces Or Elements) That Constitutes A Stop Or Premises With An Associated Warehouse. Exceptionally, Unaparada May Have More Than One Associated Warehouse. 1.6. The Relationship, Surface Area And Technical, Architectural And Building Characteristics Of The Points Of Sale And The Elements That Make Them Up Are Detailed In Clause 8, In Accordance With The Declaration Of New Work And The Technical Prescriptions
