The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Obornicka Street In Kowanówek, Including The Reconstruction Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path On The Section From Oborniki To Rożnów And Lighting.2. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Of: 1) Developing Design Documentation Together With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Preparing Materials For Submitting An Application In Order To Obtain: A) A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection Under Art. 30 Section 6 Or 7 Of The Construction Law, For The Section From Km 0+000.00 To Km 0+788.70 - The End Of The Plot With Registration Number 679 (Scope Of Notification Of Construction Works), B) The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) For The Remaining Section, By The Contractor (On Behalf Of The Ordering Party) And Obtaining Other Administrative Decisions Necessary To Complete This Task, And2) Performance Of Construction Works On The Task In Question Based On Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Stwiorb, And Relevant Legal Provisions. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Construction And Executive Designs, Bills Of Quantities And Adapt The Assumptions Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, As Well As To Build And Put Into Use The Rebuilt Obornicka Street In Kowanówek And A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path With Lighting On The Section From Oborniki To Rożnów.4. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Prepare Division Designs, Materials For Applications For A Location Decision, A Building Permit, A Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment, A Water-Legal Permit And Other Decisions On The Basis Of Which He Will Apply For A Water-Legal Permit, A Building Permit And A Zrid Decision.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Necessary Documentation For The Purposes Of Demolition Works.6. Not Limited To The Works Listed Below, But In Accordance With All Other Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, The Contractor Will Design And Perform The Following Construction Works: 1) Securing The Existing Greenery For The Duration Of The Works, 2) Demolition Of Existing Road Surfaces And Other Elements Of The Road Structure, 3) Demolition Of Existing Fences Colliding With The Investment, 4) Cutting Down Trees And Bushes Colliding With The Investment, 5) Earthworks, 6) Reconstruction Of The Internal Road Along Ul. Dworcowa In Rożnów), 8) Construction Of A Bicycle Passage Through The National Road No. 11 (Ul. Staszica) At The Oborniki Wielkopolskie Railway Station,9) Reconstruction Of One Culvert (Demolition Of The Existing One And Construction Of A New One) And Construction Of A New Culvert (Both Located On Drainage Streams),10) Construction Of Sidewalks And Rest Areas
