The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Renewal Of The Urban Market Space In Janowiec Wielkopolski, Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Market Square (Plac Wolności) Located In Janowiec Wielkopolski. 1.2 The Detailed Scope And Implementation Of The Task Is Included In: 1) Annex 1 - Land Development Design; 1A) Annex 1A - Technical Drawings; 2) Annex 2 - Technical Design - Electrical Installation Industry; 3) Annex 3 - Technical Design - Architecture Industry; 4) Annex 4 - Technical Design - Installation Industry Sanitary;5) Annex 5 - Stwoir;6) Annex No. 6 - Executive Design;7) Annex No. 7 - Bill Of Quantities;8) Annex 8 - Temporary Traffic Organization Design. 1.3. The Ordering Party Will Have An Approved Temporary Traffic Organization Design For The Task In Question. It Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Provide Signs And Barriers That Will Be Used In Connection With The Planned Works.1.4.The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Design Documentation Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature, The Remaining Design And Technical Documentation Is Of Fundamental Importance For The Valuation And Determination Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors. A Detailed Description Is Included In Chapter 24 Of Swz.3. In Order To Confirm Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, The Contractor May Rely On The Technical Or Professional Abilities Or Financial Or Economic Situation Of Third Parties, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Art. 118–123 Of The Public Procurement Law. A Detailed Description Is Included In Chapter 22 Of The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection.
