The Order Includes The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Building Along With The Development Of The Area And Internal Roads.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Basic Scope - Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (Based On The Existing Design Documentation From 2023, Developed Under The Leadership Of Mr. Paweł Janczarski - President Of Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowo-Doradcze Wrotech Sp. Z O. O. In Wrocław) Along With Obtaining A Formal And Legal Document Authorizing The Work To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Developed Documentation, Including: 1) Development Of A Concept In A Descriptive And Graphic Design,2) Obtaining A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment,3) Obtaining A Decision From The Lubuskie Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments Granting A Permit To Carry Out Construction Works In The Surroundings Of An Urban And Landscape Complex Entered In The Register Of Monuments,4) Developing A Map For Design Purposes Or Updating An Existing One,5) Developing Design Documentation Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works, Including In Particular: A) Construction Design: - Plot Development Design Or Land, - Architectural And Construction Design, - Technical Design, - Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Required To Be Attached Pursuant To Regulations (E.G. Derogations), B) Detailed Design, C) Bill Of Quantities, 6) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 7) Preparation Of An Investor Cost Estimate, 8) Preparation Of A Greenery Design Including Planting Greenery And Maintenance Recommendations For The Existing And Planned Greenery, 9) Preparation Of A Schedule For The Execution Of Works Specified In The Table Of Elements Settlements,10) Preparation Of Visualizations - 4 Shots Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Design Stage,11) Development Of A Design Of Interior Finishing And Furnishing, Including: A) A Design Of Light Construction, B) A Design Of Colors And Material Solutions In The Field Of Interior Finishing Along With Detail Solutions, C) A Design Of Built-In Furniture, D) A Design Of Movable Equipment. The Scope Covered By The Option Law - Providing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works - Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation. The Contractor Will Exercise Authors Supervision Within The Scope Specified In Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law For A Period Of Up To 18 Months, But Not Shorter Than The Date Of Final Acceptance Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Completed Design Documentation.3.
