Part 1 - Provision Of Services Involving The Performance Of Physiotherapy Treatments: The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Physiotherapy Treatments For The Inhabitants Of Luboń Using Physical Factors, I.E. Electricity, Ultrasound, Light, Magnetic Field, And Therefore: Ultrasound Treatments, Electrostimulation, Laser Therapy, Magnetotherapy And Lamps: Diathermy And Solux. Physiotherapy Will Be Carried Out In A Specialist Facility In Luboń. Physiotherapy Will Include Two Stages: - Assessment Of The Functional Status Of The Beneficiary Before Starting Physiotherapy - Functional Examination Of The Musculoskeletal System Or Other Examination Necessary To Establish A Physiotherapy Plan, And - Physiotherapy Treatments Will Be Individually Selected For The Beneficiary. We Assume That At Least 50 People Will Benefit From Physiotherapy Treatments. One Person Can Use Max. 120 Treatments Depending On Needs. We Plan To Carry Out 2,000 Treatments Each Year (2026 - 2000; 2027 - 2000 And In 2028 - 2000), So In Total By December 31, 2028. 6,000 Physiotherapy Treatments. A Detailed Description, Scope, Conditions And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Contract Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Contract Template Containing Important Provisions Regarding The Public Procurement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
