12.1. Main Subject. The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Expansion Of The Cloakroom And Utility Building With A Utility Room. When Implementing The Order, The Horizontal Principles Specified In Art. 9 Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/1060 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council, In Particular The Principles Of: - Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, - Equality Between Women And Men, - Sustainable Development, - Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh). The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned. Principles And Regulations Of Environmental Protection And Labor Law.12.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 8 To The Swz. 12.3. The Requirements (Duties, Tasks, Obligations) Imposed On The Contractor Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And In The Supplementary Scope (I.E. Not Regulated In This Swz And In Annex No. 8 To The Swz).
