Tenders Are Invited For Protection Of Persons And Property In The Building Of The District Court In Chojnice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of 24-Hour Physical Protection Of Persons And Property At The District Court In Chojnice, Together With Monitoring Signals From Alarm Systems Signaling Threats In The Building And Support Of The Intervention Group. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Ordering Partys Building Located In Chojnice At Ul. Młyńska 30 Together With The Area Adjacent To The Building And In The Rented Premises Of The Probation And Probation Service Team (Zkss) In Chojnice At Ul. Młyńska 28.2. The Expected Number Of Working Hours Of Physical Security Staff, Hereinafter Referred To As Physical Security Hours, During The Order Execution Period (Including The Guaranteed Basic Scope Without The Right To Option) Is 21,568 Hours. This Number Constitutes The Guaranteed Scope Of The Order - The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Reduce This Scope During The Execution Of The Order, But Only To Increase It, In Accordance With Section 3.3. During The Order Execution Period, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Expected Number Of Hours Of Physical Security, Covering The Basic Scope Of The Order, By A Maximum Of 5% Of The Guaranteed Number Of Hours, If There Is A Need To Temporarily Strengthen The Physical Security Of The Building With Additional Security Staff. 4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And The Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.5. The Ordering Party Requires That: 1) The Order Be Implemented In Accordance With The Requirements Resulting From The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532) And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis Related To The Provision Of The Service Constituting The Subject Of The Order; 2) Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order, Consisting In Direct Physical Protection Of The Building, Were Performed By Security Staff Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of Employment Relationship In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) Throughout The Entire Order Implementation Period, However, This Requirement Does Not Apply To Intervention Groups; 3) The Contractor Ensured Adequate Staffing For The Direct Physical Security Of The Building In Such A Way That The Number Of Overtime Hours Worked By Security Employees Was Consistent With The Labor Code; This Requirement Does Not Apply To Intervention Groups; 4) Monitoring Of Signals From Alarm Systems Signaling A Threat In The Building And Intervention Was Carried Out By Intervention Groups Within The Meaning Of § 1 Point 3 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of October 21, 2011 On The Principles Of Arming Specialist Armed Prote
