The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of Three Buildings Forming A Complex, Which Includes An Administration And Office Building, Garages And A Power Generator Building. The Buildings Are Heated From One Source - A Gas Boiler Room (Not Subject To Replacement). The Scope Of Works Includes Demolition And Installation Of Insulation. Demolition Works Include: Cladding And Gutters, Fire Wall Processing, Forging Of The Suprema Layer, Forging Of Door Frames And Steel Grates From The Walls, Dismantling Of The Lightning Protection System, Dismantling Of Windows And External Doors, - Demolition Of Skylights Made Of Glass Blocks. Insulation Installation Works Include: - Preparation Of The Substrate For External Wall Insulation, - Roof Insulation With Heat-Welded Felt, - Insulation Of External Walls Using The Light Wet Method With Eps Polystyrene, - Facades Made Of Silicate-Silicone Plaster, - Sheet Metal Flashings And Gutters, - Replacement Of External Doors With Insulated Ones, Installation Of A Lightning Protection System. The Following Works Will Be Performed In Individual Buildings: Administration And Office Building: Insulating External Walls With 9 And 15 Cm Thick Polystyrene Boards, Insulating The Roof With 22 Cm Thick Polystyrene And Covering With Heat-Sealable Felt, Replacing Window Frames (U=0.9W/M²k) And Doors (U=1.3 W/M²k), Sheet Metal Flashings, Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System; Garage Building: Insulating External Walls With 15 Cm Thick Styrofoam Boards, Replacing Window Frames (U=1.3 W/M²k), Sheet Metal Flashings; Power Generator Building: Insulating The Roof With 10 Cm Thick Styrofoam And Covering With Heat-Sealable Felt, Insulating External Walls With Thick Styrofoam Boards 15 Cm, Replacement Of Window Joinery (U=1.3 W/M²k) And Pvc Doors (U=1.3 W/M²k), Sheet Metal Work.
