The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Architectural, Construction And Technical Design Documentation, Based On The Tender Concept Of Bicycle Paths Held By The Ordering Party, As Part Of The Task Entitled: Improvement Of Mobility In The Barczewo Commune. 2. The Design Documentation Concerns The Following Elements Of Transport Infrastructure: 1) Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths, 2) Park & Ride (P&R) Parking Lots, 3) Bus Loops, 4) Bus Stops, 5) Racks And Bicycle Shelters.3. The Basis For The Development Of The Design Documentation Is: 1) The Tender Concept For Bicycle Paths Provided By The Ordering Party, 2) Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts, 3) Applicable Standards, Technical Guidelines And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 4) Technical Conditions, Arrangements And Guidelines Of The Ordering Party. 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To: 6) Detail And Develop The Solutions Adopted In The Concept, 7) Adapt The Concept To The Formal And Legal Requirements Enabling Implementation Investment, 8) Proposing Equivalent Solutions In The Event That The Provisions Of The Concept Prove Impossible To Apply For Formal, Technical Or Legal Reasons (After Obtaining The Ordering Partys Approval). 4. Scope Of Design Documentation: 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Full Design Documentation For Each Of The Above-Mentioned Elements, In Particular: 2) Land Development Design, 4) Technical Design, 5) Industry Designs To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, 6) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Construction (Stwiorb),7) Bills Of Quantities,8) Investor Cost Estimates,9) Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection (Bioz).5. Formal And Administrative Requirements1) Design Documentation Must Be Developed In A Way That Allows:2) Obtaining A Decision On A Construction Permit Or Effective Reporting Of Construction Works (Depending On The Scope),3) Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions.4) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To:5) Obtain The Necessary Conditions Technical, Opinions And Arrangements, 6) Cooperation With The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of Preparing The Documentation, 7) Taking Into Account The Comments Of The Ordering Party And The Approval Bodies. 6.
